MONTEREY BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES
Date: March 5, 2007
Present: Robert Annelli, Peter Kolodziej, John Makuc and Stephen Enoch
The meeting began at 3:35pm
1. Well permit application for a site on Royal Hemlock was reviewed and approved by the board, the building and highway departments still need to review and approve.
2. The Kamenstein project was further discussed.
3. Peter Kolodziej, informed the board about his conversation with Soil Tech regarding Blue Hill Farm’s well application.
4. During the last 2 cigarette compliance checks it was noted that the Roadside Store did not have any cigarettes for sale.
5. Peter Kolodziej reviewed the upcoming health meetings.
6. John Makuc is going to review the Mutual Aid agreement text for the town meeting warrant and will submit it to the Select Board.
